Design - Logo Resemblance

Quark has got itself into a spot of bother with the Scottish Arts Council (SAC) after unveiling its new logo. The two designs look surprisingly similar although Quark is insisiting that it is an honest mistake and that they carried out extensive checks to make sure their weren't any similar exisiting logos.
