Marketing - Nike Vending Machines

Nike have placed a number of vending machines dispensing footballs in high-trafficed urban areas in Singapore to encourage people to play football anytime, anywhere. Nice idea maybe, but surely as more people take up the game seriously more people will need to buy the boots, clothes and training equipment. And which sportswear manufacturer could possibly supply all of that?
