Google - Sun Deal Threatens Microsoft

Google has announced that it will offer free spreadsheet and word-processing software via its Toolbar in a deal with Sun Microsystems. Although Microsoft's shares fell 2% upon announcement of the news, analysts do not feel that this is anything the software giant should be worried about.
